Making a payment on Goodlord

 

As a tenant, there are two stages where you might be asked by your agent to make a payment:

  • When you initially sign up for your application
  • ‚ÄčWhen you sign your tenancy agreement at the end of your application

Paying by card 

You can pay by card at the sign-up stage and the final signing stage of your application. To do this, you must first log into your account by following the link in the email you will have received from your agent, or typing https://app.goodlord.co/ into your browser. 

Click 'Enter cardholder's details' to get started. 

A small window will appear asking for your card details.
Type your billing address into the fields provided and then click "Payment Info" to move onto the card details.
Type your Card Number, Expiry Date and CVC number in the respective fields and then click "Submit".

Top tip! If you have selected to pay by card and submit the form, you can follow the link in the email you received to sign your tenancy agreement and switch to pay by card instead!

 


  

Paying by bank transfer

At the final signing stage of your tenancy application, you can choose to pay via bank transfer rather than making a card payment. 

To do this, switch the toggle at the top of the page labelled 'Pay via bank transfer' to Yes. 

Once you submit the form, the bank details for you to make your payment will be sent to you via email.

Please be sure to include the unique reference code when making the payment as not doing so may cause delays.
