Where can I upload additional information for my referencing application?
Once you have submitted your reference form you will be able to log into Goodlord to check the progress of your references. You will also have the option to upload additional documentation or change the contact details for your referee via a secure system.
You will need:
- A strong and stable internet connection. For the easiest submission use Google Chrome
- A smartphone, tablet or computer
- Access to your inbox
How to log into your Goodlord account:
- Log into your inbox and open the email from your agency with the subject ‘Confirmation: References Submitted’
- Click on the button ‘Log into my account’
- Once you have logged in, click the tab ‘Update Reference’
